Leave taken is usually entered in a time sheet pay. However, you can also enter leave in an adjustment pay. Leave taken generates a corresponding transaction for audit purposes. The transaction shows the pay period ending date, operator name and hours taken. For more information on entering time sheet pays, see Entering time sheet pays.
