Access Attaché 22 (March 2022)

Access Attaché version 22.1 includes changes to Attaché Payroll to allow additional information to be displayed on employee pay advices and Attaché Accounts has three new Bill Of Materials reports included. This version also includes deprecation of Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.0 and 1.1 which handles the communications security over a computer network has been turned off because of known vulnerabilities. This make sure that we also continue to meet the ISO compliance standards of  27001 for Single Touch Payroll.

What's new in Access Attaché 22.1

Access Attaché 21 (December 2021)

Access Attaché version 21.1 includes significant changes to Attaché Payroll for compliance with the Australia Tax Office’s Single Touch Payroll Phase 2 (STP2) reporting. In addition, this release includes updates to cashing out public holiday leave for New Zealand Payroll and the Employer Monthly Schedule (TPOS) for Fiji. In Attaché Accounts, version 21 includes enhancements to cost centre reporting.

Access Attaché 20.2.4 for Pacific Islands (August 2021)

This release is intended for Access Attaché customers in the Pacific Islands. For Fiji, it includes a fix for the Tax Certificate Lodgement file for submitting PAYE details via the Taxpayer Online Service (TPOS) portal, and the new ANZ Transactive Fixed bank format. For Samoa, Solomon Islands, and Tonga, this version includes the new ANZ Transactive Pipe Delimitate bank format.

What's new in Access Attaché 20.2.4 (Pacific Islands)

Access Attaché 20.2.3 for Pacific Islands (April 2021)

This release is intended for Access Attaché customers in the Pacific Islands. For Fiji, it includes the new Tax Certificate Lodgement file for submitting PAYE details via the Taxpayer Online Service (TPOS) portal, the ability to record the new 10-digit Taxpayer Identification Numbers (TINs) in the employee masterfile and the new ANZ Transactive Pipe Delimited bank format. For Samoa and Tonga, this version includes the new ANZ Transactive Fixed bank format.

Access Attaché 20.2.1 (February 2021)

Access Attaché version 20.2 includes updates due to changes to the New Zealand PAYE top rate on extra pays from 1 April 2021. This is a required upgrade prior to the start of the new financial year for New Zealand Payroll.

Access Attaché 20 (August 2020)

It's all about faster processing and less manual work so you save time and get more accurate results. Automated posting to the general ledger is the star of the show, along with improvements to Bank Reconciliation that make reconciling customer payments far easier. The addition of email notifications make Backup Scheduler your must-have system tool. In Payroll, deductions linked to bank accounts now support Child Support payments (Australia) and bank files for New Zealand.

Aligned with Access Attaché 20 for desktop comes some great improvements to Express Leave and Employee Onboarding. In Express Leave, you can now set up multiple approvers and there's a much improved leave calendar. In Timesheets, you can record start/stop times, bringing compliance with the new Fair Work Annualised Salaries. In Employee Onboarding, the addition of In progressPending, and Not required filters makes it easier to manage employees during onboarding. And when completing superannuation fund details, new employees now select their super fund rather than type it, which is far less prone to error.

Attaché 19.2 (November 2019)

Attaché 19.2 includes performance improvements to Backup Scheduler, a number of new and updated ViewModels for custom reports and significant back-end changes that further integrates Attaché desktop with Attaché Online. Attaché Cloud Connector version 19 has also been deployed in conjunction with Attaché 19.2

Attaché 19.1 (May 2019)

This release includes significant enhancements for Australian payroll related to the end-of-financial year 2018/19 and for New Zealand payroll related to leave liability calculations and payday filing. 

In Attaché Accounts, an improved search function has been added in Bank Reconciliation, and in Asset Management you can now add attachments to an asset masterfile by using the new Attachments tab.

Attaché 18.1 – Attaché 18.3 (May – October 2018)

Features introduced in Attaché 18 include new-look login and company selection screens and a new Modern menu style and desktop. For Accounts, changes include a compliance update to the Supplier Taxable Payments Annual Report, the ability to import customer orders into a supplier purchase order and the automatic allocation of landed costs.

Payroll enhancements include the ability to attach a bank account to a deduction and the ability to set up itemised allowances for Single Touch Payroll reporting for Australia. For New Zealand, Attaché 18.3 includes all the required changes to facilitate the Payday Filing functions to be introduced in future releases of Attaché Online. 

Attaché BI version 3.7.2 (November 2017)

This version contains changes to enable Single Touch Payroll (STP) reporting for Australian Payroll, including integration with Attaché Online and data linking to the ATO. Other recent changes include improved consolidation on customer and supplier payment files, enhancements to the new Bank Reconciliation, updates to the Product Status by Date Report and the ability to set up an income type for cashed-out leave.
