The PNG Statement of Earnings Report task lets you create a PNG Statement of Earnings form S1-L and file for a selected tax year and range of employees, for submission to the IRC (Internal Revenue Commission).
You can reprint a form, or range of forms, for an employee or group of employees. Once the Statement of Earnings form has been printed the Statement of Earnings - Printed status in the employee masterfile updates to Yes.
Statement of Earnings Report task screen fields and functions

| Print Statement of Earnings Report | Prints the Statement of Earnings report to a printer, or sends it via Attaché Document Management (Alex). |
| Generate Statement of Earnings File | Creates a file in the format required by the IRC (Internal Revenue Commission). You can save the file in the .XLSX format and send it to the IRC. |
| Include in Previously Generated Details | Details which have previously been printed or included in a file will be reported (subject to any range selections). |
| Destination Path and File Name | Enter the Destination Path and File Name for the Statement of Earnings file. The default file name is based on the current year, for example: SOE2017.XML. |
| Print Sequence | Determines the order in which the Statement of Earnings Report documents print. |
