General questions

Which browser or device can I use to access Attaché Online?

You can use a PC or Mac running any of the following browsers:

  • Safari 6 (or later)
  • Firefox 33 (or later)
  • Chrome 35 (or later)

You can also use the default browser on:

  • iPad or iPad mini running iOS 7 (or later)
  • Samsung Galaxy Tab running Android 4.4 (or later)


How can I protect my Attaché Online account?

Good practices to protect your Attaché Online account include:

  • Never disclose your password to anyone else
  • Avoid using simple passwords (e.g. a12345) or passwords someone else could easily guess (e.g. date of birth)
  • Change your password regularly
  • Try not to use Attaché Online on public or untrusted computers or devices
  • Ensure your computer is protected with the latest anti-virus and firewall protection software at all times


Can I view my documents on my mobile phone?

Yes, you can view documents on your smartphone running iOS 7 (or later) or Android 4.4 (or later).


Registration and login

Why do I have to register an Attaché Online account?

Attaché Online is a service that lets you login to Attaché products and services. As Attaché products, may contain personal information and confidential data, we require each Attaché Online user to be properly authenticated before using these products and services.


What if I did not receive the verification email after registration?

If you did not receive a verification email after registration:

  • Check the junk mail folder of your email account;
  • If you still remember your registered email address and password, please log in to Attaché Online and the website will provide you with the option to re-send verification email. On the re-send confirmation page, please double check your email address is correct and valid.
  • If you forgot your password, click Forgot your password? on the Log In page and follow the retrieve password process.
  • If you forgot which email address you registered with Attaché Online, register again and the website will update your registration if you previously registered with the same email address but did not yet verify it.


What if I forgot my password?

Click Forgot your password? on the Log In page and follow the retrieve password process.


What if the link in the verification email has expired?

The link in the verification email may have expired if:

  • You have requested a new verification email. Newer verification emails replace earlier ones. Go to the latest verification email and click the link to activate your account.
  • You did not click the link within 48 hours after the email was generated. In this case, simply request another verification email from the Attaché Online:
    • If you still remember your registered email address and password, please log in to Attaché Online and the website will provide you with the option to re-send verification email. On the re-send confirmation page, please double check your email address is correct and valid.
    • If you forgot your password, click Forgot your password? on the Log In page and follow the retrieve password process.
    • If you forgot which email address you registered with Attaché Online, register again and the website will update your registration if you previously registered with the same email address but did not yet verify it.


What if I forgot which email address I registered with Attaché Online?

If you have not yet activated your account, register again and the website will update your registration if you previously registered with the same email address.
